1. Why are some products discounted so heavily?

The Outlet section carries clearance stock only.  Think end-of-line models, discontinued lines, or excess stock. Once these items are gone, we won’t restock them.

2. Is this the full catalogue?

No,  the Eurotech Lighting Outlet isn’t our full range. It features limited-quantity clearance deals only. For our full product selection, check our main site, click here to visit (or contact us).

3. Can I reserve or “raincheck” an item if it sells out?

Unfortunately, no. Because quantities are strictly limited, we can’t guarantee or reserve products after they sell out. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.

4. How long until my order ships?

We aim to dispatch Outlet orders within 1–3 business days. If you choose an urgent delivery option, we’ll do our best to accommodate, contact us if you have a tight deadline.

5. What delivery options are available?

6. Do you allow items to be left if no one is home?

Yes , when placing your order, you grant authority for the courier to leave the parcel in a safe place at your delivery address if you're not available. Please be aware we aren’t liable for loss or theft once it has been delivered. – view our full

7. What if my order arrives damaged or with missing parts?

We’re sorry if that happens! To help us resolve it quickly:

  • Please report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your delivery
  • Email photos and a description of the damage or missing parts to info@eurotechlighting.co.nz
  • Keep the product and packaging until we provide instructions
    If we validate your claim, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund (at our discretion).

8.  Can I return Eurotech Lighting Outlet items just because I changed my mind?

We appreciate you double-check before purchasing.  All items bought from Eurotech Lighting Outlet are final sale. Because they are clearance, discounted stock, we don’t accept returns for change of mind.

9. Do Outlet items include a warranty?

Yes, items bought from Eurotech Lighting Outlet come with a 12-month limited warranty, review our returns policy for details    

To make a claim, you’ll need:

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
  • Evidence of professional installation by a qualified electrician
10. Why might a product be out of stock after placing my order?

Because quantities are very limited, it’s possible that stock may sell out between you placing the order and us processing it. In that case, we’ll notify you, offer a refund or alternative, and ensure you're not charged for unavailable items.

11. Can I cancel or change an order once placed?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll try to help. But once it’s handed to the courier, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

12. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and any other options supported by our checkout.

13. Do you ship outside New Zealand?

Not currently, products available via Eurotech Lighting Outlet Store are only available for delivery only within New Zealand.

14. Who can I contact with urgent or special delivery requests?

You’re always welcome to email or call us. Sometimes we can arrange express delivery or alternative courier solutions. Just get in touch as early as possible.
