Damaged or Missing Item

We’re really sorry if something’s not quite right with your order — and we’d love the chance to fix it quickly for you.

To help us sort things out fast:

  • Please let us know within 48 hours of delivery if an item is damaged or parts are missing.
  • Email clear photos and a short description of the issue to info@eurotechlighting.co.nz
  • Keep the product and packaging until we give you further instructions.

Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, whichever is appropriate.

Change of Mind

Please choose carefully when shopping our Outlet range.

All Outlet products are clearance stock, offered at special discounted prices, and sales are final.

We’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Product Warranties

Eurotech Lighting Outlet products come with a 12-month limited warranty, covering failures due to defective materials or workmanship only.

To support your warranty claim, we’ll need:

  • A copy of your proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) from our website.
  • Evidence of professional installation by a qualified electrician.
