Shipping & Delivery

This Shipping Policy applies exclusively to purchases made through the Eurotech Outlet Store only.

1. New Zealand Delivery Only
    We currently deliver to physical addresses throughout New Zealand.  

  • No delivery to PO Boxes.
  • No international shipping.
  • We do not offer Click & Collect or pickup from our warehouse.

2. Delivery Options & Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery
    Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery timeframes are 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on location.
  • Urgent Delivery (Optional Upgrade)
    Urgent, express or same-day delivery (where available) can be arranged for an additional fee.
    Please contact us prior to placing your order if urgent delivery is required.
  • Rural Deliveries
    Rural addresses may take an extra 1–3 business days. A rural surcharge applies.

Note: Free shipping applies to standard-sized orders of $150 NZD or more.
Rural addresses still incur the rural surcharge. Oversized or heavy orders may attract additional charges, which will be confirmed prior to dispatch.

4. Dispatch & Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
  • Please allow time for the courier to update tracking after your parcel leaves our warehouse.
  • Orders are shipped Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).

5. Delivery Conditions

  • By placing an order, you grant authority to leave your parcel at your nominated delivery address.
  • A signature may not be required. If no one is present, the courier will leave the parcel in a safe place at their discretion.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after they have been delivered.
  • We do not offer redirection or collection from the warehouse.
  • Once the parcel is handed to the courier, delivery timeframes are outside our control.

6. Damaged or Missing Orders
   
 If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please
     contact us within 48 hours of the recorded delivery time.
     We'll work with the courier to resolve the issue quickly.
